COMPANY’S BRIEF HISTORY

The Company was established under the name of PT Surya Intrindo Makmur (hereinafter referred to as the Company) pursuant to Deed of Establishment No: 48 dated 29 July 1996, by Notary Ny. Nursetiani Budi, which has obtained the ratification of Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia No. C2-10432.HT.01.01.TH 96 dated November 19, 1996. The amendment was Deed No. 9 dated 28 June 2001 from Zainal Arifin SE. SH, a substitute notary of Johan Sidharta, SH., MS, notary public in Surabaya, concerning stock split from Rp. 500 to Rp. 100 per share and has been approved by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. C-04052.HT.01.04.th.2001 dated July 30, 2001. The business activities of the Company and its Subsidiaries are engaged in the footwear industry. The sales is fully addressed to the export market mainly to the United States, Europe and Canada.

The latest amendment was Deed No. 9 dated 26 June 2018 from Wachid Hasyim SH, notary public in Surabaya, concerning the board of Commissioners and Directors, and has been approved by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-AH.01.03.\-0226088 dated July 26, 2018.
